[Well, one Osakan didn't have any powers to get back. He's got a limp, an arm in a sling through and is still looking a bit green around the gills from adventures in getting trashed by poison-types...on the train ... to Kanto ... which's why it makes no sense that he's back in CIANWOOD now... goddamnit. He WAS just gimping along in his confusion, having ditched the various Mom-mon, and then he got near the beach.]

[And no, Bas is not with him. At least, not out of his pokéball.]
