Hugging this character: She'll be surprised, but this is alright.
Kissing this character: Go for it, if you're a cute guy she'll probably get flustered. If you're a cocky jerk she'll probably look for a bucket of ice water to dump over your head.
Flirting with this character: Ditto the above but with a high chance of HDU and slaps if you're a cocky jerk.
Fighting with this character: She doesn't have any real hand to hand combat experience and I don't think that bending really prepares you for a fist fight, so she'd likely avoid physical altercations unless they're Pokemon battles, and she doesn't particularly condone making them fight FOR her outside of the gym challenge or friendly challenges so... not likely.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Well in Route that only means you can read her POKEMON'S mind, that should actually be interesting and we can discuss. In any other setting just ask first so I know what to expect.

Warnings: Katara is prone to soap boxing and grudge holding at times. Given time and effort you can get her to come around, but generally good topics to avoid are "Oh hey I'm a cold blooded murder!", "Girls are only good for girly things. Why aren't you in a kitchen somewhere?", "Oppressing people is fun!", and "I'm a bully and I'm better than you."
