Threadhopping: With permission from other parties.
Fourthwalling: I don't mind it!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): More of a heads up and less of a concern, but Katara comes from an era where cross dressing is pretty much done primarily for the sake of theater, and I don't recall them touching on controversial subjects like abortion, sexuality, or religion. I'd rather avoid these simply for the sake of not offending anyone with Katara's possible reactions and also note here that this is nothing personal.

Hugging this character: Katara doesn't mind hugs, but she'll be pretty surprised if you're a stranger. Girls are okay, but guys might get pushed and accused of being creepy depending on the circumstance.
Kissing this character: She's either not really against it or slow on the reaction time, but she'll probably get pissed if you try it mouth to mouth.
Flirting with this character: Go for it! Katara is a fifteen year old girl, even if motherly and also more mature than most. She can be charmed from time to time. She'll probably get a little bit flustered but depending on the flirting in question she might brush it off, flirt right back, or politely turn you down too. She is not above flirting to get information if need be.
Fighting with this character: Verbal fighting is just fine. Physically though-- I'd rather avoid it if possible, but won't object too much for plot development or CR. Without her water bending Katara's primary means of fighting is Pokemon battle. She's not exactly the strongest person around but she could probably hold her own alright.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Katara is without her healing powers here and even if she had them she can't mend broken bones. I'd rather avoid having Katara end up seriously injured, bruises, scratches, cuts, and scrapes are okay.
Killing this character: Absolutely not
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If applicable please ask first.

Warnings: I can pretty much only repeat what was said above. Also, Katara is prone to bouts of mild depression or angst given the separation from almost everyone she loves. She's a spitfire though, and has a strong sense of justice which she won't hesitate to demonstrate. Last: I'm a Kataang shipper but only secondarily. I'm not opposed to the idea of Katara finding someone in Route (Be it with a non-castmate or castmate if it comes up but be aware that if it does happen there's likely to be a lot of waiting and some inner turmoil involved.

Avatar is another dear series of mine. If you catch me slipping out of character (especially if it's badly) or have any pointers please, PLEASE leave me a comment here! I'd much rather be told I need to make corrections than to continue making mistakes and pretend they didn't happen.

Realizing that much of RP is personal interpretation-- still: I want to do my very best at portraying Katara correctly, this is my first time playing her as more than a background character (I usually play Jet, okay? *sob*), so give it to me straight!
