[ Someone has figured out that the bending is back on.

G-Guys! My bending is back! Ed, Danny, Soul, General Mustang, did anyone else get their powers back? This is amazing! [ AND THE FEED GETS SHUT BACK OFF AGAIN SHE'S GOT WATERBENDING TO DO. TO THE BEACH!!! ]

[ Katara sounds tired. and yet eager as she comes onto the feed. Jet is pretty tired too, but he had been more than willing to push themselves to cut as much time off the journey as possible, for which Katara is grateful. It's Carla operating the gear from her seat on Jet's back as Katara hurries the last few feet into the familiar town, looking around eagerly. ]

I wonder if he's made it yet. Carla, hand me my-- [ Turning mid-sentence, why hello! I see you are already busy filming! Well then! ] Carla! A little warning, next time? [ She looks embarrassed, reaching up to try smoothing her windswept hair back down, approaching the two. The embarrassment doesn't last. Despite looking tired and travel worn her smile is pretty brilliant. ]

Sokka, I just got into town. You're here, right? [ Tell her you're still here.. ]

Winry, Ed, Alphonse, we made it to Cherrygrove just fine. We'll head back to Violet once everyone's had a chance to rest You can call me if you need anything, though!

[ She ends the feed there. ]

[The feed opens on Katara pinning a badge in place beside two others, looking pretty pleased with herself and her team.] Alright, maybe that was a little too easy... but still, this makes three of the eight now! After we take on the Goldenrod gym we'll be able to go get Alphonse.

[There's a moment when she looks a bit sad, exhaling quietly-- pretty much a sigh --but she straightens up and closes the case she uses for her badges. She's still getting used to the fact that Ed's gone. He was one of her longest standing friends in Johto and she can't help but take the loss kind of hard since he was there when Sokka disappeared too.]

Winry...? Think I could talk to you for a minute? I'll be by the Pokemon Center entrance.

[She ends the feed with a small smile.]

[The feed comes on and the first thing noticeable is the hiss of steam. As it begins to clear there's a shot of Kishi and Jet facing off in an intense stare down. It seems like the two are fighting unsupervised until Katara's voice pipes up from off screen, not the least bit alarmed.]

Alright, Kishi, nice work! Jet, you've gotten so much stronger, and you were even at a type disadvantage! I'm proud of you both.

[She grins, happy, hearty, and perfectly healthy as one can see, patting Kishi affectionately on the broad side of her nose, then rubbing Jet's equestrian snout.]

( Cut for ACTION/TL;DR bonding times. All on video for anyone watching. )

[There's a short chuckle, she pats him on the head between the eyes and keeps going.]

Sorry for worrying you guys last week, I'm fine, as you can see for yourselves. GREAT, actually! Zuko, if you're watching this I need to talk to you later. I guess I might have to text you though, you never seem to be on at the same time that I am anymore.

If you'll excuse me though, guys, we could all do for a break. Later!

[There's one last glimpse of Katara's cheerful face and then the feed cuts off.]

[The feed opens up showing Katara sitting in the dark, well, relatively speaking anyway. There is the glow of the fire off screen lights up the area in front of her. Her Lapras can be heard a little ways off splashing around in the pond.]

Hey everyone. I'm not positive, but it looks like Ieyatsu's gone home. [Katara frowns. She's making this post more for the people that might have known him. She didn't know him long but she liked him. He was nice. He kind of reminded her of her father a little bit, minus the weird sense of humor. It doesn't really hurt too much though, it's unfortunate, mainly.]

I don't know if anyone else here knew him, besides me, Ed, and Alfons, but I figured someone should post this, just in case.

[The camera shifts then, showing Dratini curled up on Katara's lap.] There is some good news, this little guy hatched from that egg I woke up with on that Easter day. My first dragon type, besides Sokka's Gyarados.

[A small smile, then a beat and the mood sombers.] I think Claire's gone too... I tried to reach her on her gear today and I got the same disconnect message from when Sokka left. It seems like it's happening a lot. I guess I should be happy since it means that we might get back home but... the way it happens is just a little much. [Damn it. I really liked Claire.]

So... yeah, anyway, I figured that everyone should know that too. I'll be around.

[The feed ends there, but you can still reach her for a while if you want before she goes to sleep.]

[Katara wastes no time. She's spent too long on the move avoiding the Fire Nation to get caught dilly dallying in a strange new place. The houses are strange, the woman that claimed to be her mother was strange, way too much of a throwback to Ju Dee, that creepy woman. As soon as she's been locked out of the house and the lights go off she turns to half stare, half glare at the door, then looks around. It's pouring down out there! Even so there sure are a lot of people out and about given the hour, and plenty of them look equally confused. Most of them are wearing clothes she doesn't even recognize-- not that she's exactly blending in herself. Right then she's grateful for the familiarity of the blues she has on. Just, where exactly are the others?]

How did I get from there to here? I don't remember going to sleep...

[She shoulders the bag for a moment, then debates asking someone for some help. Is there a point? Damn it, is this what happened to Aang?!

In the end she opted to head in the direction some others were, because A: This is when she's noticed the music that is coming from everywhere and no where at once, B: She really wants to get the heck away from that dark and thus now creepy house where that creepy woman is hiding behind the door-- as if she might change her mind and try dragging Katara's soul back inside, and C: She thinks if that's the way everyone is headed then if the others are there that would be the best place to catch them as they're leaving. She steps out and immediately moves her arm to bend the water off of her head only to realize that she's still getting soaked and she can't feel the pull. For a moment she stands frozen, eyes going wide. What's going on?]

[Forty-five minutes later.

Katara is huddled under a tree looking a bit pale. She had taken to looking through her bag with an unreadable expression, but a bit of curiosity. There was a box of food, some strange red balls, clothes, a book, some bottles marked in characters she didn't recognize but could somehow read anyway, something that looked like it was supposed to resemble currency, and her Pokegear. She's started in on the book first because Katara is a logical cookie. Books usually provide useful information, after all. It's indeed very informative. Next is the Pokegear. Though her patience with the situation is shaken because of her unease she's definitely not hesitating to try this strange little device. It's made of material she's never seen before, but soon enough with the help of the book she manages to figure out how to make a video (Though ask her what that is and I guarantee she can't tell you. All she knows is the book says it's a way to communicate with others.).]

Hey, is this thing really supposed to help me talk to others? It sounds fishy to me.

[Katara hangs her head as though to say she can't believe she's DOING this, but a light on it is blinking so she has to assume it's working. When she picks her head up again she tries, looking unsure but determined.]

Aang? Sokka? Toph? Suki, or Zuko? Are any of you there?!

[When she doesn't get an IMMEDIATE reply her face turns irritated red.]

... Great. I'm talking to myself. And why can't I bend...? [Finally she lets go of the button. AND WHY IS THAT DAMN MUSIC STILL FOLLOWING HER?!]
